Refund policy

At Elegance & Royal we strive to provide our customers with quality products and services. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

We accept returns under the conditions laid out below. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. Returns Accepted: 

All Sales are final after 30 days of product delivery. Customers can return non-defective products at their own cost within the 30 day return period.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of such items for a full refund or replacement at info@eleganceandroyal.com.

We will assess the issue and will offer a replacement, full return and refund or a store credit, solely at our discretion. 

3. Order Cancellation:

Orders may only be canceled before the shipment of the order. After shipment is fulfilled, cancellations will not be possible. Shipments are processed and finalized within 1 to 2 business days of any order.

4. Exception:
